Mitchell has repeatedly given false information regarding good faith objections to "Copyright" and ownership of property.

Upon Ricky filing a copyright claim to YouTube via YouTube Copyright Reporting tools available for YouTube Creators, Mitchell responds by filing a bogus good faith statement that he's

willing to accept service or a complaint filed in any court at an address he gives knowing that the address is not (as he admits) is not his actual true address.

In order to file a lawsuit against a party regarding this type of conduct the party must be served with actual court notices. So, this weasel gets around accountability 

for his actions by giving false statements in order to procure property claims that he knows does not belong to him. When attempting to bring these notices to YouTube it falls upon deaf ears. 

Notice Ricky is trying to let the Court hear the actual audio and transcript that is presently available on Mitchell's channel, but the Court is silent and is silent to the fact that the false statement given should have been legally sufficient to award

relief to the injured party. In this case the relief would be an injunction being placed on Mitchell to prevent any future utterances.
